Au delà de l’expertise avérée dans la maintenance des engins divers et l’instrumentation, RMP est depuis 2018 spécialisée dans la Production du Minerai par le Criblage par voie sèche via sa maîtrise techno-mécanique des Cribles et Concasseurs...

Produire le Minerai suppose qu’en amont on pense le processus intégral de production, donc qu’on élabore sa SUPERVISION. C’est le travail de l’ingénieur géologue M. NGUEMA ELLA Yannh, Superviseur RMP au département Production.

Monsieur Yannh, deconstructeur acharné de ce qu’il aime bien nommer «L’enfumage », travaille sous l’œil avisé du Chef du Groupe Production, monsieur Jeff MADOUMA duquel il reçoit les CONSIGNES DE PRODUCTION qui viennent directement de la COMILOG et s’assure de leurs scrupuleuse application.

Monsieur Yannh ELLA Supervise les activités de production de toutes les équipes de production sur le Plateau Bangombe dit «B46». Il assure avec leadership le contrôle de la faisabilité des tâches de chaque équipe de production par RMP. Il a aussi la lourde tâche fe la gestion de la base de données de la production y compris le contrôle rigoureux et méticuleux des rapports de production.

Le leadership managérial, c’est aussi l’intelligence qui permet de détecter les talents, de déléguer en toute confiance et de les responsabiliser en vue d’une efficacité et une efficience du travail. C’est tout à la gloire du directeur général de RMP, M. NDENDJI FERNAND, qui sait déceler les talents et les mettre au service de RMP. Le socle axiologique d’une telle philosophie managériale est sans doute le goût travail bien fait, gage de professionnalisme comme pillier de RMP, mais aussi une certaine vision et visée éthique professionnelle qui place l’homme qualifié comme acteur fondamental de l’efficacité au travail et finalement le bonheur au travail.

To produce Ore supposes that one thinks before the integral process of production, therefore one develops his SUPERVISION. This is the work of the geological engineer Mr. NGUEMA ELLA Yannh, RMP Supervisor in the Production department.

Mr. Yannh, relentless deconstructor of what he likes to call "The smoke", works under the watchful eye of the Head of the Production Group, Mr. Jeff MADOUMA receives he receives the PRODUCTION INSTRUCTIONS which come directly from COMILOG and ensures their scrupulous application.

Mr. Yannh ELLA Supervises the production activities of all production teams on the Bangombe Plateau known as “B46”. He ensures with leadership the control of the feasibility of the tasks of each production team by RMP. It also has a difficult task for the management of the production database including the rigorous and meticulous control of the production reports.

Managerial leadership is also the intelligence that makes it possible to identify talents, to delegate with confidence, and empower them with a view to effective and efficient work. This is all to the glory of the Managing Director of RMP, Mr. NDENDJI FERNAND, who knows how to identify talents and put them at the service of RMP.
